There is a depth to the red of this Lily

Garden is slowly maturing, spring blooms have given way to summer ones and the wind has blown much of it away before it was ready to go.

Buddleia, foxglove, lupin, roses, clematis, lavender, even a curry plant and thyme in bloom but I thought today should belong to the last of the lilies given the wind has picked up!
