Today's the day ..................... to eat your greens

We've just had a meal of homemade quiche, homegrown new potatoes - and freshly picked peas, straight from the garden and cooked for just a few minutes.

Quite frankly, just the peas would have been enough to turn it into a culinary masterpiece.  There really is nothing like eating produce straight from the garden.  Well that - and perhaps the glass of chilled white to wash it all down .................. ?
