Gooseberry Jelly

Early Blip today, in advance of the planned off-line period while the stalwart Blip Central Crew do the upgrade - for which we are all truly grateful.

This is a representation of the finished jelly, four half-pound jars and the rest in twelve small 28g jars (you see how I cook in both metric and imperial units!). It's actually gooseberry and elderflower, as I put in a bottle of home-made elderflower cordial, tastes lovely, but not all the jars have sealed properly so we'll have to eat it up rather than leave it on the pantry shelf.
