Walking Through

A morning of paperwork.
Then in the afternoon 'M' and I walked through to Morningside via the Royal Edinburgh Hospital grounds.  We thought that the greenspaces around the hospital were looking very well tended, this included the orchard, community garden and spaces for sitting and relaxing.  Morningside was good as usual for second hand books and a coffee.
Later on I made an evening visit to the allotment, there was nobody around and I got a lot done as the light faded.
The Commonwealth games made for  exciting watching after I returned.
