Mount Spinachi

The first cooked meal in what feels like months! Nothing big and only because I'm working from home and felt like eating spinach. It has been tomato/mozzarella for weeks now.

Not ideal on this hot hot day! The weather and going outside is not for cowards.
It's already 35 degrees and still climbing. So glad to be working from home today. But there is a tomorrow at the office..
