Homeward bound

I took this shot whilst crawling on my hands and knees in the New Forest looking for tiny silver-studded blue butterflies. We found one female, but I didn't get a decent shot. 

It was a long journey home by car on the busy roads.  We got back around teatime. 

I think the plant in this photograph is Erica tetralix, otherwise known as bog heather.
