the zorb
we set off this afternoon to take the grandson zorbing for his birthday treat. Unfortunately the correct pieces of kit were not in place for him to do the harnessed zorbing he had set his heart on. We re-booked for next Saturday though...
We waited and watched some girls do the hydro zorbing, and this was the only shot I got.
Instead we had curry chips in Dunmanway and tried to do pitch and putt but found we had to have our own clubs (!), and then had an ice cream in Drimoleague before delivering the boy to his dad's. A bit of a strange birthday outing.
Later I gathered with friends to remember Val who passed way a year ago, and to scatter her ashes here in the Castletownsend garden where she had felt most at home.
