Friday standby

Norman played golf this morning, and on his way home he called in at the fish and chip shop. I had set the table ready for lunch outside. The fish and chips tasted better for being eaten out of doors. There is plenty of colour still in our little courtyard because I keep it watered. There is no hosepipe ban here yet but I guess it won’t be long before we have restrictions. Meanwhile I am already trying to be careful.
