Golden

This lovely rose is the best in the garden at the moment. The others are producing few flowers now that their first flowering is over. The weather obviously doesn’t suit them.
This rose is called “Golden Celebration” and was a gift at the time of our Golden Wedding. Now we are in the midst of planning a lunch party for our Diamond Wedding in a few weeks’ time. Worth celebrating!
Also worth celebrating is the arrival of a new baby in our family. We are “step great grandparents “ as J and M’s son Tom and his partner Kealy have a new daughter called Evelyn. We have seen photos and she is a dear little mite. Such excitement!
