Lichfield Cathedral

I went to look for the birds of prey, having accidentally managed a shot on a previous visit. What I hadn’t fully appreciated was the strength and angle of the sun.

No peregrines, luckily hardly any people, but Lichfield is certainly trying to attract a new crowd. 

Outside the main entrance there is a beach. A happy family were making the most of it but a blip would have been intrusive.

To the right there is a climbing wall (hired by the Cathedral, and certainly attracting keen youngsters).
