Lunch in the City

We were supposed to meet up with Josh’s Mum today for lunch in the city. She’s off to the UK in a couple of weeks and had her latest booster shot yesterday and is really sick today unfortunately, hopefully that will pass and we get to see her before she goes!  : (

We went in anyway and had a nice lunch and a walk around and then off to G’s for afternoon tea and a catchup as usual. His older cat Melvin is really sick and he had him at the vet this morning and looks like he has a broken or cracked tooth and perhaps some other issues as well so he’s on antibiotics and back to the vet on Monday for blood tests, some dentistry and anything else he needs. He’s nearly 18 now but we’re hopeful these are all things that can be fixed, fingers are crossed!

I’m totally worn out tonight, all that gallivanting around the city all day has taken its toll!! Feet and legs are hurting, old shoulder problem has reared its ugly head and omg its raining again and there was some thunder in the distance and Toto is not happy!!!  Hopefully not another sleepless night!!!
