Colours

I liked the look of this colourful tree against the lovely patch of blue sky.  I took advantage of the nice bit of afternoon sun to get Toto going early to the river.  Things were waterlogged down there and the grass was totally submerged in places. We stuck to the paths and didnt stay long.  There were a lot of ducks puddling around - literally (in extras: )x

I slept in until 7.30am this morning, I never sleep in so I must have needed that extra sleep.  I feel good today, my shoulder has calmed down a bit and I’m being careful with it in the hope it doesn't get worse eek!!  I hurt it long ago and have never had any trouble since but this achy pain brings back memories of that!!
