Happy birthday HtP

It’s Harry the Potter’s birthday today.

As Willis isn’t a 100% we went on a short walk in Puddletown Forest passing Thomas Hardy’s birth place. The image is some ponies just leaving Rushy pond after having had a drink. It would have been them drinking but Murphy tugged on his lead at the wrong time.

See the extras for more photos. The tree was growing out of an old trunk of a long since dead tree.

We then had a wonderful lunch at the Wise Man Inn in West Stafford. Great food and service.

We’ve popped back to the Walled garden in Moreton to buy two plants for Harry and now we are lazing in the garden in the sunshine.
