Busy

Rode to ParkRun and back.
Accompanied auntie to the Bickford Center for tea, biscuits and a chat with the oldies.
Had a very long phone chat with my godmother Auntie J (auntie’s twin), apparently we should have gone to see her and attend a concert in Bovey Tracey church, auntie hadn’t told me.
Prepared lunch poached eggs on toast followed by bananas and custard.
Popped back to town to get cash out for auntie to use sparingly.
Full on gardening for 4 hours, cutting back the phenomenal growth of most shrubs, supporting heavily laden branches of apples strimming unwanted plants and grasses.
I then cooked a supper of chicken, jacket potato and sautéed cauliflower rice,
Back out into the garden till 8:30 for a tidy up and gather the debris.
Watched an episode of Mortimer and Whitehouse’s gone fishing to relax, ZZZZ.
