Utensil Usage, Aylesford

The pain has dropped a lot since yesterday thanks to the meds but the swelling is still pretty bad. The other problem is being able to grip or carry anything with my right hand. Even things like kitchen utensils are  just too awkward to use with my right hand at the moment, although, I did manage to sort of grip my camera to to take today's shot in my kitchen.
I did trundle a short run with my brother today and I was okay running with it so that cheered me up no end. He has been brilliant helping me with things I just can't do at the moment, like tying my own shoelaces. We also had our usual Saturday drink so it's been a much better day. Getting there slowly!
