‘ Come on’ said Sid, ‘You’re Late’

Sid was patiently waiting on the stairs when I got up this morning. A rare lie in for me, completely accidental as I hadn’t planned on an extra snooze! I took Sid, Pierce and Arnold across the fields and we played with a bouncy ball. Arnold is very good at retrieving the ball and Sid just chased after Arnold. Pierce sometimes sneakily stole the ball whilst the other two weren’t looking. Already it is hot and sunny.
