Asymmetrical

Getting used to the new normal.

I'm surprised by how well I feel - which reflects how ill I'd been from the infection in my foot. 

I hadn't really known what to expect, but imagined I'd be stuck in bed for a few days. This turns out not to be the case, when the nurses show me how to transfer from the bed to my chair. 

A small distance, but it seemed like quite an achievement.
