My Lads

My two sons, each with a three year old on his shoulders.

It's been a great family day. My sister has been up from Bristol, where she lives, to treat the seven year old, her great niece, to a full day of fun yesterday. It was a very quick visit so to make the most of it the seven year old's mum and dad invited us all over for lunch. Before we ate we went for a walk at the local nature reserve. Here are my two sons with the three year old cousins getting a lift.

What a lovely day with terrific food. I'll not need to eat again today. I'm home now and planning for the week ahead.
