Not so random blokes

We had a lovely evening last night with five of us having snacks and a good old catch-up. Sarah left this morning for her friend's and we left for the Dales.  

It's been utterly splendid!  

We headed to Airton and then Settle, pausing at the bike cafe, followed by the pretty route up Langcliffe Scar and a bit of leg work for the boys! They were suitably impressed but, with enough beans left, we created a longer route around to Pen-y-ghent and down Halton Gill.  

Stopping at the Kilnsey cafe, we had the surprise of a couple of old friends also arriving on bikes, one of which we haven't seen in years.

So, that's five, less than random blokes all adding to a stonking day out in Yorkshire.


(Jill came to visit Little Dog who didn't want to go for a walk but enjoyed a potter in the garden, some company and of course, a pocket full of treats!)
