A nice day for a swim

This pic is curtesy of R & S who did Swim Rutland this morning. They must have been up early as they had finished the swim, had breakfast and were on their way home by 10 am, I was just finishing my first coffee.

The highlight of the day was seeing the Women’s hockey……England won the Gold!!!!
