Pesto Pizza. Luix M4/3 14mm
The Basil this summer seems to have been better than usual, so I have been making pesto regularly and we have been gorging ourselves. I made a fresh batch yesterday, and tonight's supper was pizza with my fresh gluten-free crust, a layer of pesto, a layer of cheddar and a layer of fresh mozzarella. A salad on the side, a glass of Spanish Syrah. Simple perfection.
