I went to Allanton Peace Sanctuary in the afternoon with my good pal Pat .
There was a World Peace Flag Ceremony at 3pm , where we connected with people from around the globe to send our wishes for World Peace . We also had a minutes silence as it was the anniversaries of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in Japan in 1945.
There were also activities to join like making jewellery out of sea glass. My blip is of the earrings I made hastily at the end of the afternoon.
It was lovely to connect with beautiful souls in this special place.
