The Royal Northern Infirmary, feat red car
The RNI as we call it, was built by public subscription in 1803 as a hospital. It was an NHS building until recent years when it became the HQ of the University of the Highlands and Islands. (UHI). I used to work in an adjacent building when it was the Health Promotion Dept. (pictured) There is still an NHS hospital behind the RNI and I was here today for a PSA test.
