Sunday ...

... shenanigans.

We tried to beat the extreme heat forecasted today by getting out before lunch for our errands and walk.  We almost succeeded!

We wanted to get some fresh corn-on-the-cob so we headed to Juniperdale Farms as they have the best corn around.  And, of course, Summer is the only time they have it.  Not only do they have the best fresh corn they also have farm animals ... which is to be expected!  This lovely goat was up on his rock when we were getting back into the car so we went over to get some pictures.  I really liked this shot ... even though the sun was behind the goat and Richard ... because I like how the goat is looking at me instead of Richard!  Silly thing!

After leaving the farm we drove the short distance to the Plainfield Rail trail for a walk.  The humidity and temp were up by this point so we didn't make it a long one.
