First sun

Shining on Appledore, the view from Instow on my commute this morning.
An interesting day at work, during the monthly comms meeting I was presented with a huge £100 cheque which is awarded quarterly for constructive health and safety initiatives. A very warm ride home with a rare tailwind pushing me back. Quite busy on the Tarka trail with holiday makers making the most of the summer sunshine and getting their annual exercise.
