A few weeks without flowers due to being away but the ones delivered today are particularly lovely. Rose lilies, gladioli and these ornithogalums are a great combination - set off by my birthday vase.

Another relatively slow day - until this evening. A walk for Bailey once we were up, the writing of a list, reading and flower receiving. And this evening the bestest friend and I have marched the 5k route. Not up to running it quite yet but at some point in the next few weeks is the plan.
