So pleased with herself

Sunday a day of relaxing... well after a trip to the tip to recycle some bits.  Holly was with us when a wood pigeon landed in the garden very close to her. 
 
We have never seen her move so quick but she managed to get a paw on it.  It did get away but left quite a few feathers behind.  Holly had great fun enjoying the memory of the one that got away and spitting feathers.  This is the closest Holly has ever got to catching a bird. 
 
More sunshine, which was very relaxing but the garden and all around is soooo dry. 

See extra, she did not look quilty or maybe shocked at coming so close.
