Hungry

Visited a local garden today as part of the NGS. There was a magnificent walled garden and the centrepiece was a Carp pool. This fellow was approximately 18 inches long and came up to feast on the leaves being blown onto the surface of the pool. He didn't think much of it and soon spat it out under the water but not before I took a mug shot of him!
The garden has been set back by the weather so their tulip display was not as spectacular as it should have been..probably needs another week of warm weather but the woodland walks were magnificent and the coffee and cake was most welcome on a rather chilly windy day!
