It’s got a beak!

A day supporting my parents - shopping, library books returned, lawn mowed. Spotted this tomato/bird hybrid outside the greenhouse.

Dad’s continuing to make reasonable progress but we all agreed that the family holiday we had planned for his 80th birthday wasn’t going to work. Norfolk Cottages were really helpful, dealing with my sister rather than Dad who booked it (after appropriate security checks) and refunding everything bar a small admin fee. As Dad’s main wish was that all the immediate family got together, we’re all going out for a meal in York instead. And will have a couple of days together there, with the my sister, her husband and the grandkids staying in a hotel.
