Heatwave

Had to force myself to leave our shady woodland garden and go to the gym this afternoon for the Fit4Life class where there was little if any air conditioning in the room. 
 
 I felt sorry for four new people who must have been shocked to find themselves required to exercise in a temperature that must have been approaching 30F. 
 
It was 27C outside and that felt cool.
 
Compared to people “down south” this is not that hot so I dread to think what it must be like there.
