Aigio

This evening, we took the girls across to Aigio. We parked up just by the sea and had a walk along a promenade, before we went up into the town.

It was a typically balmy evening, and loads of people were walking around the city, or sat outside bars and restaurants. The atmosphere, the lights in the trees, people eating and drinking, somehow put me in mind of Iain M Banks' 'Culture'.

We ate at a lovely restaurant called The Ginger, overlooking a small park. (Food and drink for four of us: €40.)
