I've been trying to restrict the spaniel's afternoon walk to an hour because of the oppressive heat. But he still needs to get his four or more hours in so we are having a third, evening, walk each day at the moment. This is the approach to the National Trust's Sheffield Park estate, it was still 28 degrees at 8pm.
