Opening the season of grill & terrace life!
Today has been a special day: we visited country and had grill season opening by the lake Näsijärvi. In the blip is a piece of ice dragged from the lake by my son. Ice seems thick, but it breaks very easy already. Between fingers to ice sticks. Notsolid ice like in autumm.
After getting home I washed our terrace grill and made some pork file wrapped with bacon and marinade of chili, peppers, soya, oil and whiskey. And we had some salad and baked potatoes too. Quite good dinner for sunday.
Sunny day, some +8c.
Heading to sauna.
