Supermoon
Going to bed about midnight, I spotted the Sturgeon Supermoon low in the sky and went and got my camera, especially as Mrs BB commented how good it was! It's taken through a triple glazed window so not too shabby.
The Sturgeon supermoon is the third and final supermoon of the year. The Sturgeon Moon reached its peak here in the UK today at 2:36am The interestingly-named supermoon gets its name from the Algonquin tribes of North America
It's been a sizzler in Herefordshire today with temperatures in the mid 30's C. I've only popped out to do some shopping and that got me sweating!
