Tonight's Moon

FRIDAY

I had an unbroken night and slept for nearly seven hours which is much better than of late.

I went out for a steady 3 km run mid morning before things started to heat up. By early afternoon temperatures was hovering around 29ºC.

A short walk late evening and a photograph of the moon which was full earlier this morning.
