White horse and buttercups

A damp day with heavy showers now and again.
We took David back and then I had an appointment with Alison my Rheumy nurse. I have not seen her for a few years so it was nice to catch up.She wants me to see the consultant again, physio and occupational therapist. She found swelling in my knees and said they felt hot.
Managed to grab this shot if this white horse in the field with all the buttercups :)
