Paddling on...

Another hot one.  I walked into town this morning to get fish for tonight, and W had her yoga class.  We were both feeling hot so after lunch we drove down to Sheringham for a paddle.  I didn't have my swimming shorts on so didn't go all in but it was still nice and cooling just to wander round with the sea lapping around my knees.  The tide was very low so I got this shot looking back towards the lifeboat station and along the beach.  And just like the last time I paddled at Sheringham, once again my mobile phone provider texted me to say they thought I'd left Europe.

I've added an extra; I'm sure that I blipped almost exactly the same shot a while ago but I always like the view.
