‘The Saughton Park Bandstand’

This magnificent old bandstand in Saughton Park dates from before the First World War, providing regular musical entertainment for local people for over 70 years. 

Vandalised and then demolished, it was recently restored to its former glory and is one of only five of its type still left anywhere in the world!
