Jurassic Lanark

Off into town first thing today.  P got an unexpected boon in the form of a tax return cheque, but it had to be deposited at a branch, so we took the opportunity to pick up some other bits.  Treated ourselves to lunch at the Ottoman Coffee House whicih I'd highly recommend to anyone passin through Glasgow.  P had an ice coffee with tonic which he said was delicious and would definitley try again.

We really should have spent the rest of the day sorting out house stuff. but it was far too hot so we did a loop around the Falls of Clyde which were beautiful and warm.  Didn't spot the huge bull who likes to destroy cars though. 

Through summer apparently Lanark has a dinosaur trial, which I'm totally here for.  This is the T-rex, tastefully situated in historic New Lanark.  It moved and roared any everything.
