Little Grebe

Still warm today but we enjoyed some gentle rain and it felt so good.

After a quick supermarket shop I headed to the loch. A few cars in the car park but I think the owners were all in the cafe. Apart from me there was a lady with two dogs walking the circuit.

Everything was very grey ..... water, sky and birds. Out in the centre I could just make out four very small birds .... using the full zoom on my camera I could see the four Little Grebes ducking and diving. Even with my camera on full zoom I needed to crop the image. I do wish these little birds would come a bit closer to the edge of the water to make photography just a little easier.
