A training run

Last week the park was full of cyclists out on training runs today it was a squad of very fit looking runners being put through their paces on the main driveway in Pollok Park.

According to Google the Stats Sport is an all-new performance vest which provides player analysis system for elite sports teams. The wearable GPS devices can track an athlete's movements and provide data on speed, distance and energy expenditure which helps coaches to optimise training programs.

If those vests had been available when I was younger I might have made a better hockey player.
