Little and Large!

I eventually managed to get myself off the sofa and into the shower. First time in four days. It was hard and I really had to try hard. Feeling numb to everything. 
Took a short walk along the front where there was a Norwegian cruise ship in. Wasn't out for long as I just wanted to be back on the sofa. 
For the first time in two days I needed to take the anti sickness which is disappointing.
