I didn't delete this one! Thought it looked pretty.
Taken on way to dr. Blood results back, kidneys are still low functioning after more bloods. She is going to refer me for a scan.
Talked about my mental health and she is going to email psychiatrist again as she is concerned.

Along to OT in the afternoon, she made me feel useless as I haven't done anything past few days and apparently I'm not helping myself. I know I am a let down but the past few days the depression has taken hold. I wish people knew what that felt like.
There have been tears and self harming, life is too overwhelming at the moment.
