New Public Library

We finally made it to the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library today! It opened just before G's school year ended, but we haven't been able to visit earlier because you have to book in advance.

G took the shot of the building from the outside (extra 1). I've included a photo of a book that immediately caught my eye. It turns out it was published by William Morris**, hence its beauty! I took over 140 pictures tonight, so it's been quite a job narrowing it down to three.

After two hours of browsing the exhibition and acquainting ourselves with the building, we headed to Caesar's for dinner. We got home to find a leak in G's bedroom coming from the flat above. How strange. I went upstairs to see what could be the cause but didn't get anywhere. Multiple-occupancy flats - argh!
