The water has evaporated fast this week. 

A neighbor is selling their condo, I am bummed they're going.  It's moved fast, appraiser was here with the buyer's agent who didn't hesitate to give me his business card.  He smelled good (good cologne) but was wearing hideous shoes.

Listened in to my friend's end of summer season choir concert, as usual a great mix of songs I haven't heard before Zoomed from Mexico City, San Francisco, Florida, and Texas.  Very fun.
