V&A

posted a day late
we went to the V&A museum in London yesterday and had a great morning. By 2pm I was shot and we came home. Felt disappointed for Rona as she wanted to go there and would have done more galleries . we did pay extra to see the beatrice potter exhibition which was good. I was a little disappointed with it though. I expected it to be bigger but it was about her life as a child and young woman. She was very talented and came from a talented artistic family who encouraged her to draw and paint.
we went to Wagamamas in staines for and evening meal and it hammered it down. so much so that car park was flooded and the roads were flooded on the way home. But it was lovely to have the rain and it was certainly cooler after
