A lovely breakfast with plenty of gluten free choices for me.
Walked to our nearest metro at Beniferri and got a tube to the city centre. Followed the historic city walk as per our guide book. Very hot and sticky. Stopped for a coffee near Torres de Serranos and then climbed the steps (almost) to the top of the tower to enjoy the views. Wended our way back to plaza del ayuntamiento and found a nice tapas restaurant in the shade for lunch.
Spent the afternoon at the hotel pool. Dinner at a local restaurant.
Thunder and lightning overnight again.
