2790. Vietnamese Pork!

Today’s lunch of Vietnamese Pork was all cooked by 9:15am this morning.  It took me longer to prepare than I anticipated as I started preparing it at 8am just after hubby had gone to the gym.  I decided to prepare it before I went out to meet a friend for breakfast so we could do a bit of shopping afterwards too.  We did our usual trawl around the charity shops and I bought a very sparkly skirt, not sure when I’ll wear it but it’s very pretty.
Hopefully a quieter day tomorrow as it will be the usual Saturday mayhem the day after!
