2425. Lilies!

After all the drama yesterday with my poor youngest, the great news is that he is no longer in pain and so much better now that he’s had a good night’s sleep.  He was even able to eat today and managed some soup yesterday evening too.

He has, however, decided to lodge a formal complaint following his dismissal in agony on Monday by the first dentist he saw.  He’s been very careful about what he’s said but he felt he needed to flag up the issue of what happens to someone with an NHS dentist who cannot deal with a problem, when they have colleagues who can deal with the issue in the same premises.  He’s not looking for a freeby, just an explanation of why on earth they would think it’s ok to send someone home in agony with no thought of how long they might have to stay in that state.  I’m so relieved that he’s ok as it could have been such a disaster.

Today’s blip is the lovely lilies in our lounge with the sunlight shining through the petals.

The other ongoing issue I have, is that I am having to return my glasses as they’re just not comfortable, too bulky and far too heavy….just waiting to hear back from the optician who have agreed that I can choose alternative ones.
