Wedding- Stirling castle

 I learnt something new today. You can hire Stirling castle for your wedding photographs.
And what better background than this iconic setting.
 
 
This was the second wedding of the day. Apparently it costs £250 for one hour, which if not quite a bargain does ensure that whatever the weather you will have a dramatic background and if it rains youcan always pop inside the castle.
 
We happened to be up there to look at their herbaceous borders seeking some inspiration for our own modest garden, following the recommendation of a friend, and sure enough the gardens are looking stunning.
